Every table, every turn, every note.

Reservations from your own website, a table plan that knows how long a table takes, and the note the kitchen needs before the guest sits down. Service stays yours; the bookkeeping of a full room does not.

01The day

Second seating is at half past eight. The night was decided at noon.

A full room is a schedule: who arrives when, how long they stay, who didn’t come last time, and what the kitchen needs to know before the first plate.

What running it involves

  1. 12:00
The bookReservations by phone, by message, by a widget — three lists, one room.
  2. 16:30
The planWhich party at which table, how long a turn takes, where the walk-ins go.
  3. 19:00
The noteThe allergy, the anniversary, the regular who likes the corner.
  4. 20:30
The no-showA four-top held for twenty minutes, the waitlist that already left.
  5. 23:45
The numbersCovers, revenue, what the night actually made.

  2. —
Table plan and turn timesSeat the room on the plan; it knows how long a table takes.

Kitchen notes per guestWhat the kitchen needs is on the reservation, and it stays with the guest next time.
  4. —
Waitlist and no-show trackingThe waitlist is a list, not a memory; no-shows are recorded.

02The fit

Four products, set up for a room.

The same system every Solera client runs — with the dining parts switched on and named the way your floor names them.

03Where we stand

Built. Not yet in a dining room.

The dining parts of Solera — reservations, table plan, turn times, kitchen notes — are live in the system. We don’t yet run a restaurant on it, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If yours is the first, you set it up with us, with your names in it.
